What can you do with the TMT app?

The application is constantly in development so this might not always be an up to date list of all the features. For the most up to date list of features see release descriptions on either Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Account Creation

Create a Track My Training account so you can save all your progress data to one account and then access it from all your different devices. We only collect your email address and we do not share that with any 3rd parties. You can also delete your account any time.

Workout Building

Use the workout builder in the app to create your own workouts from scratch. Using our extensive list of exercises to guide you but dont worry if an exercise you want is not there you can easily add it so you can track your progress.

Workout Tracking

Complete you workouts tracking how long it takes alongside your progress on each exercise within the workout. The application shows you what weight and repetitions you did last time so you can aim to improve or stay consistent causing you to be more likely to push yourself.

Workout Analysis

The Track My Training workout analysis creates an ‘intensity’ score for your workout based on the number of sets, repetitions and weight used. This score is then used to compare against next time you do this workout. You can also see a progress graph over time to see how your intensity score increases as you train.
